ในกรณีชำระผ่านบัตรเครดิต มีข้อแนะนำดังนี้ครับ
1.ในช่อง Name  Surname : ให้ใส่ชื่อ-นามสกุลผู้ที่จะไปประชุม ไม่ใช่ชื่อเจ้าของบัตรเครดิต
(ในกรณีที่ใช้บัตรของคนอื่น)
2.กรุณาบอกเลขที่ใบประกอบวิชาชีพทันตกรรม ท. ด้วย(Dental Lincese Number)
3. ถ้าต้องการใช้บัตรเครดิตใบเดียวชำระให้หลายคน กรุณาส่งรายละเอียดแต่ละคนให้ทราบด้วย

4. หลังจากทำรายการสำเร็จเรียบร้อยแล้ว จะต้องเห็นรูปด้านล่างนี้

หลังจากนั้น ท่านจะได้รับ Email ยืนยันจาก krungsriepay.com กรุณา forward mail
ที่ได้รับการยืนยัน พร้อมแจ้งรายละเอียด

ชื่อ (ภาษาไทย) เลขที่ใบประกอบวิชาชีพทันตกรรม ท. (Dental Lincese Number)
เบอร์โทรศัพท์ที่ติดต่อสะดวก มายัง prinya@yahoo.com ด้วยครับ
กรุณา print E-mail ที่ได้รับมายืนยันในวันงานด้วย(กรณีที่มีปัญหา)
โดยปกติแล้วท่านไม่จำเป็นต้องตรวจสอบการชำระเงินมาที่สมาคมอีก ถ้าได้รับE-mail จากทางธนาคารแล้ว

ถ้าไม่สำเร็จให้ลองใหม่
หรือเปลี่ยนบัตรเครดิตใบอื่น หรือ
Download credit card authorization form
แล้ว print  ,  กรอกข้อมูล   เซ็นชื่อ  แล้ว scan ส่งมาที่ prinya@yahoo.com
พร้อมรายละเอียดของท่าน
หรือ ส่ง fax มาที่  02-513-1424

Please forward the Email that you will recieve in a moment
after payment completed from Bank of Ayudhya PCL. to us
at prinya@yahoo.com

Please check that you have provided us your Full name, Address, Mobile phone
number that we can contact you.
Please print the E-mail and bring it with you for your reference.
If you can not pay online or having unsuccessful payment, you can
download credit card authorization form
then print, fill in , sign , scan and send it to prinya@yahoo.com
with your useful information.
